Overcoming personal struggle

Chief brought us outside to begin PT (physical training). We began our stretches before the run and I couldn't stop thinking, this is the day I was dreading all along.
Realistically, I always knew this day was going to come, where I had to partake in the physical training aspect of the ROTC program. Although I wasn't nearly ready. Of course, our expectations and anticipations always end up being more frightening than the actual event!
