The natives there knew that when our group of people came that we could be trusted and were willing to help however we could, whether it be bringing food, clothes, a listening ear, or a companion to play with a child. Don't lose your strong beliefs and/or principles once you get to college. Continue to grow in them and find other people that share the same beliefs or principles to encourage you to keep going. Never compromise them for anyone or anything. They are important to who you are and what you will become.
