I am become death, the destroyer of worlds. The feeling I get when I wield the power to destroy any civilization is truly exhilarating. Nuclear fission, the technology that allows for splitting of the Atom, permits civilizations to build nuclear weapons. This technology has the power to put any civilization at the mercy of others. But there is an end to this: civilizations can vote for a Nuclear Non-Proliferation act in the United Nations, halting all production of nuclear weapons.
