As a kid, I was placed in one of the most confusing environments- 24 hour care homes for elderly afflicted with Alzheimer's and dementia. My parents owned these care homes and I accompanied them most days usually petrified at these sick patients. Nevertheless, over time these homes became my playground, and although the elderly were difficult to cope with at first, I eventually opened up and learned a valuable lesson from them.
