My favorite part of any airplane ride is the takeoff. No matter how tired I am from travelling, I always force myself to stay awake through it. There’s something incredible about seeing the city which seems so big from the ground, shrink to miniature. It doesn’t cease to amaze me how a building that seems so massive from a few feet away can seem like a stack of building blocks from a few thousand feet in the air....
