So I must say that at first I was extremely surprised about getting in (as is everyone I guess), but also everyone around me seemed surprised as well. At my school, students are taught to believe that in order to get into an Ivy League or any other top tier college you most certainly must have a 2400 on your SAT, a 36 on your ACT, be an INTEL ISEF winner, and cure cancer…..I have not come close to doing any of those things.
