Whether I took out loans or applied for scholarships, and my advice

I procrastinated when it came to applying
for scholarships even though I had family
pressuring me to do so. For two years, I
had applied for maybe a total of fifteen
scholarships, and yet I have not received
even one. To be honest, I'm losing hope and
