To serve others, truly, is to serve oneself. This mantra has played in my head like a broken record through my venture to Guatemala, serving at Morning Stars Missions, Participating in National Honors Society, and, most importantly, through my decision to pursue psychology as a career. Choosing psychology has had nothing to do with the possible pay it may bring, but instead everything to do with my strong desire to bring awareness to and help people with the psychological disorders...

My personal statement doesn't even been to describe how much I want to pursue psychology, or for what reasons. My past and basically my whole life have been training for the job that I will have someday- the title of clinical therapist. I could go into detail of my past and what has gotten me to this point, but that wouldn't make me any more serious than I already am about this job decision. So, let's go college!!
