I would never have applied to so many schools if I had to repeat the process. Make sure you truly understand why you want to go to the schools you are applying to, otherwise you are stretching yourself thin during application crunch time and hurting yourself for the applications to the schools...

Why I ultimately chose my school

I won a scholarship in my home state which allowed me to go to any school, public or private, for free for all four years. And then I choose to pay to go to Georgetown. The decision killed me and I waited until the last possible minute to decide (which for me was unfortunately a week after Georgetown told me I was accepted instead of getting all the way to May 1 like everyone else).
