College Admissions Advice

Whether I used a private admissions counselor, and advice I received
33 Words
I used CollegeGoals and it was extremely helpful with SAT/ACTs, picking classes, choosing colleges to apply to, writing essays, brainstorming topics, editing essays, and picking a college. I would highly recommend it!

How I chose schools to apply to
32 Words
I found that the smaller scholarship (lesser amounts) were less competitive and therefore easier to get so I would recommend apply for several smaller scholarships rather than solely to the large ones.

How I chose schools to apply to
33 Words
I chose to apply to 3 schools that were safteys but I would still be happy attending, 5 schools in which I fit their acceptance range, and 5 schools where I was just below their range.
