Issue of personal significance
I have a rare disease that stops me from doing things normal people my age may do. I have a rare immune system disease that causes my blood cells to attack the healthy ones. My prognosis is 5-10 years from the initial diagnosis, which means by 26 I am supposed to die. although my prognosis isn't that great I am living life to the fullest and I don't want to leave this world with regrets.
